A host creates a trip
Anyone can be a host. You design the experience — location, dates, who it's for — and set a target group size. Your trip goes live instantly as a draft.
People secure their spot with a deposit
Interested travellers commit with a small refundable deposit (usually $50). No one pays the full price yet — this is just a commitment signal.
The confidence score climbs
As more people join, the trip's Confidence Score rises toward 100%. Everyone can see the momentum in real time — creating urgency without pressure.
Tipping point reached — trip is confirmed
Once the target group size is met, the trip is officially confirmed. The hotel is booked, the expert is locked in, and full payment is collected.
If it doesn't happen, you get refunded
Deposits are held in escrow. If the trip doesn't reach its tipping point before the deadline, every deposit is automatically refunded. Zero risk.
